Hauke Kühl

Hauke Kühl grew up in Hamburg and after completing his legal studies, started a career in personnel marketing and project management for the Adecco / EXPO2000. He went on to work in sales for Land Rover Germany and became an account manager for sales, merchandising, POS and advertising, carrying out activities in international trade.

In 2001 Hauke moved to Cologne, and in 2005 he established his company Cool Concept – providing marketing and services, focusing on the material sector of advertising.

Hauke is motivated by his interest in the symbiosis of economic interests in connection with social and non-profit engagement. His commitment to diversity, inclusion and help with reintegration into work drives him and his team and are part of his everyday life.
